There’s a whirlwind going on around you this month, and if you’re not careful you’ll get caught up in things that are actually little if anything to do with you. Keep your own counsel during August, if you spout off no-one will listen so stay relatively behind the scenes and bide your time. There’s a Mercury retrograde starting in August in Virgo, suggesting that not everything will be the way it seems and that if you were to act impulsively you’d almost certainly take the wrong decisions. You won’t get the clarity you need until the middle of September, there’s no need to rush, stay detached and don’t get too involved.
Romance and Relationship
After recent times you’d be forgiven for not being too worried about what effect you have on others, it’s as though you’ve temporarily retreated into a cave to lick your wounds. Those people who are still around after the last thirty months’ deprivations have passed the test of time and should now be coming good, so don’t be scared to ask for help from those close to you. You’re raw and sensitive to the point of pain at the moment, so it’s not a good time to be projective and assertive. But the trouble itself is over – now you can begin to stabilise.
Business and Finance
The way you see and understand things is changing at the moment, and there’s no real sign of long term clarity becoming permanent until end September, so don’t worry too much if there’s not a lot of clarity about you now. During the next two months Mercury will go retrograde in your sign, so expect delays and a lack of transparency in the workplace in the short term. If you factor this into your expectations then it won’t come as a surprise and you’ll be in a better position than most to handle things.
Health and Spirit
Just when you thought that everything was quieting down, the aftershocks begin to roll in with increasing frequency. Although they are only echoes, there are still reverberations that need to be mopped up and dealt with so that they don’t fester and cause sores in the future. The more the month evolves, the more I see you as a corkscrew, finding your way into the darkest of corners and rooting out the most stubborn of problems. It’s a good time to get at any residue from earlier this year and to finally sweep it all up.
